Frequently asked questions

Will our users have to reset their passwords?

Not if we can avoid it. Where the old platform lets us, logins move with the users; where it does not, we move each user on their next sign-in, so nobody gets a reset email out of the blue.

Does the app go down during the move?

No. The old app keeps running while we copy and check the data, and we switch over once the new one matches it.

Do we own everything you build?

Yes, 100%. You own the code, infrastructure, docs and credentials.
