Zeroic (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs this website at zeroic.in. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We’re a small, senior-only development studio. We don’t sell data. We don’t run ad networks. We don’t use behavioral retargeting. The only reason we collect any information is to respond to you when you reach out.

1. What we collect

We collect personal data in three ways:

• When you book a call. Our /book page embeds Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), timezone, meeting subject, and anything you type into their booking form. Cal.com is a third-party processor with its own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
• When you send us a message through the form at the bottom of our pages. Your message and email address are sent through Web3Forms (a form-delivery service) to our inbox.
• When you email us or message us directly. If you reach out via email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn, we hold the contents of that thread on the respective platform plus our own inbox, so we can respond and remember the context of prior conversations.

We do not run first-party analytics, tracking pixels, ad-network cookies, session replay, or heatmaps on this website. The only cookies you may encounter come from the Cal.com embed and are governed by Cal.com’s own policy.

2. What we use it for

• To reply to you and schedule a call.
• To scope, quote, and (if you hire us) deliver work.
• To keep records of who we’ve talked to, so we don’t start from zero if you come back later.

We do not use your data to train models, sell to third parties, or send you marketing emails you didn’t ask for. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in only and this policy will be updated first.

3. Third-party services we use

• Cal.com: booking calendar embedded on /book. See cal.com/privacy.
• Web3Forms: delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox. See web3forms.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts: delivers the typefaces the site uses. See policies.google.com/privacy.

These providers may set their own cookies or receive limited technical data (like your IP address) when you load the page. We do not share your booking or contact information with any of them beyond what their embedded widget itself collects.

4. Where your data lives

Cal.com processes booking data on its own infrastructure. Email and messaging platforms process communications on theirs. Anything we write down internally about your inquiry sits in tools we use to run the studio (email, notes, invoicing). Zeroic operates from India; some of our tools store data in the US, EU, and other jurisdictions.

5. How long we keep it

We hold contact records and prior-conversation notes for as long as the relationship is active, and for a reasonable time after in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we’re legally required to retain it (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/UK, CPRA in California, DPDP in India, and similar frameworks elsewhere) you have rights to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it’s wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to stop processing it or transfer it to another provider.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave.

7. Children

Zeroic’s services are for founders, businesses, and organizations. This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle your data, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if the change is material, note it more prominently. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
