What it does
Liya is an AI Human Capability Intelligence platform. Employees get judgment-free chat coaching, voice coaching sessions, and personalized growth journeys. HR and managers get aggregated, privacy-conscious signals - engagement patterns, attrition risk, capability gaps - without seeing individual conversations. Runs across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure.
What we built
We built the AI companion end-to-end - the chat and voice coaching pipelines, the growth journey engine, and the manager insights layer with privacy-first aggregation. The predictive attrition model runs on engagement signals to flag risk before it becomes a resignation.
