Keys out of the browser
Anything behind a VITE_ prefix is compiled into the JavaScript every visitor downloads. We move OpenAI, Stripe and Supabase secrets to the server and rotate any that leaked.
Routes that check the session
A route that reads a user ID from the request body lets any signed-in user open someone else's data. We tie every request to the session and check who owns the record.
One copy of the logic
Prompted fixes often copy the same rule into several files, so a change in one place misses the others. We pull each rule into one module and put tests around it.
Out of the editor, onto real hosting
Bolt projects can be exported or pushed to GitHub. We set up proper hosting, separate environments and repeatable deploys, so releases stop depending on the editor.

Rarely. When the data model is sound we fix forward. When logic and secrets run through the frontend, we keep your product logic and screens and replace only the layer underneath.
