Pay the host after check-in
Airbnb pays hosts after the guest checks in. We build held payments on Stripe Connect, released once the stay starts, with your fee taken and refunds handled cleanly.
Calendars that never double-book
Every listing gets its own availability, blocked dates and a hold during checkout, so two guests never book the same night. We build that into the data model first.
Reviews and trust, kept simple
Airbnb's two-way reviews help guests and hosts trust strangers. A first version needs verified profiles, clear house rules and a review after each stay, not every badge.
