The best supply chain finance platforms let suppliers get paid early on invoices their buyer has approved, while the buyer keeps or extends its payment terms. Here are 11 in 2026: three each from the US and the UK, four TReDS platforms from India, and one from Australia. Every fact below comes from the vendor’s own site.
The list is grouped by market, not ranked, because the first question is whether a platform works where your suppliers are: the local rules, the funders it can reach and how your suppliers want to be paid. After that, it comes down to who pays and how fast.

How to choose a supply chain finance platform for your suppliers
Decide who runs the program. Buyer-led platforms such as Orbian and SAP Taulia pay your suppliers early under a program you set up. C2FO lets suppliers pick the invoices and name their own discount. Supplier-side tools like Kriya need no buyer program at all.
In India, start with TReDS. Invoicemart tells companies with a turnover of ₹250+ Cr to complete their mandatory TReDS registration, and says all CPSEs have been mandated to pay vendors through TReDS. RXIL, M1xchange, Invoicemart and KredX all run TReDS auctions where financiers bid on MSME invoices, so compare how many financiers each brings and how fast it settles.
In the UK public sector, look at early payment programs. Oxygen Finance runs them for councils and NHS Wales, and says it is an approved supplier under the NEPO521 framework. For private buyers, Orbian and PrimeRevenue run programs that the buyer sets up for its suppliers.
Count the funders behind the platform. SAP Taulia argues that a program tied to one bank stalls if that bank’s credit appetite shifts, and says its network connects you to over 40 global financial institutions under a single agreement, M1xchange lists 81+ financiers, and PrimeRevenue calls itself multi-funder.
Ask what suppliers pay and what they sign. SAP Taulia says it is completely free for suppliers, C2FO says no contracts and no fees, and Orbian lists no setup costs, transaction fees or account fees and needs no supplier contract. The discount is still the supplier’s cost, so ask each vendor how it is set.
When building your own makes sense
Buying is the right call for most companies starting a supplier finance program. Building your own starts to make sense when:
- Your suppliers need their own portal. Payment tracking, credit limits and onboarding inside the workflow your vendors already use.
- Your funders aren’t on anyone’s list. If the financiers you already work with can’t join a vendor’s network, you need your own payment orchestration.
- Compliance runs on every invoice. GST, KYC and state-by-state checks for Indian suppliers are where off-the-shelf tools leave work for your team.
- The program is the product. If trade finance is your business rather than a treasury tool, the platform is what you sell.
That’s the kind of system we build as part of our FinTech app development work. For our client Great Kapital, a trade finance platform, we built the working capital engine and the vendor and customer portal behind its own supplier program. Our MVP development service can scope one with you, and our guide to fixed-price MVP development explains how we price it, including telling you plainly if one of the platforms above would do the job instead.
Frequently asked questions
- What is a supply chain finance platform?
- It is software that lets suppliers get paid early on invoices their buyer has approved, with a bank or other funder paying now and the buyer paying the funder later. Some, like Orbian and SAP Taulia, are run for the buyer; others, like C2FO, let suppliers name their own discount. In India, TReDS platforms such as RXIL and M1xchange run invoice auctions between financiers.
- What is TReDS and who has to use it?
- TReDS is the Reserve Bank of India's Trade Receivables Discounting System, where MSMEs sell invoices raised on large buyers to competing financiers. Invoicemart tells companies with a turnover of ₹250+ Cr to complete their mandatory TReDS registration, and says all CPSEs have been mandated to pay vendors via TReDS. RXIL, M1xchange, Invoicemart and KredX all run TReDS platforms.
- Do suppliers pay to use supply chain finance?
- Suppliers usually pay through the discount on each early payment. SAP Taulia says it is completely free for suppliers with no registration fees, C2FO says there are no contracts and no fees and lets suppliers set their own rate, and Orbian lists no setup costs, transaction fees or account fees. Ask each vendor how the discount is calculated.
- How fast do suppliers get paid on these platforms?
- Often within a day. C2FO says as little as 24 hours, M1xchange offers non-recourse funding in 24 hours, and Invoicemart pays within 24 hours of the supplier accepting the best bid. In the UK, Kriya advances up to 90% of an invoice within 24 hours. Speed depends on the buyer approving the invoice first.
- When should a company build its own supply chain finance platform?
- When the program doesn't fit the platforms: suppliers who need a portal in their own language and workflow, funders you already work with that no vendor connects to, or compliance checks such as GST and KYC that have to run on every invoice. A company with a few large suppliers and one ERP is usually better off buying.
