have been with FormulaBot for 3+ years. We started as a simple English-to-SQL formula generator. It's now a 'chat with your data' product serving 1.5M+ users. They built it like it was theirs.
Services
Where are you today?
Three starting points. Pick yours - the first call is free either way.
You have an idea
Scope it, then ship it.
We work out what goes into v1 and what to skip - free, before you pay for anything. Then we build it and put it in production in 5‑6 weeks. A real product, not a prototype.
You have a product
Find what breaks, then fix it.
Built by hand or with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor - it's getting slow, leaky or can't take real users. A senior engineer audits it in 1‑2 weeks and ranks what to fix first. Then we fix it.
You need capacity
A senior engineer on your team.
Already in production and short on senior hands. One of us joins your standups, Slack and codebase, month to month. Change tier or stop any month.
Not sure where to start?
Book a free 30-min call. Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you which path fits - or if we're not the right team, who is. No pitch.
How We Work
Three steps.
Zero fluff.
We came to Zeroic for one fixed-scope build and never left.
built the AI into WordUp and kept finding more worth shipping - we doubled our retainer hours inside the first month. He tells us what's worth building before he builds it.
rebuilt our onboarding, shipped our Zapier integrations, and wrote integrated plugins for our proprietary tools - all in record time. He ships better than we spec. This team is literally an extension of mine.
FAQ
Common questions
Who will actually work on my project - senior engineers or juniors?
The senior engineers. We're ~8 builders with 6+ years shipping production software - one or two are on your project end-to-end. No juniors, no PM layer, no account manager in the middle. That's how we move in weeks, not quarters.
How much does a project cost? How is pricing structured?
It depends on where you are. Building something new: we scope v1 with you for free, then an MVP Sprint from $12K, in production in 5-6 weeks. Already have a product: start with a $1K audit, and we price the fixes from what it finds. Need ongoing capacity: a senior engineer on your team from $4K/mo. Every price is fixed and agreed before we start. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
Do we own the code and everything you build?
Yes, 100%. Code, infrastructure, docs, credentials - all yours. No lock-in, no proprietary platform you rent from us. You can fire us tomorrow and walk out with every bit of it.
Why work with you instead of hiring in-house or a freelancer?
A senior AI engineer runs $200K+/yr plus 3-6 months to ramp. Freelancers ship features, then disappear. With us: senior from day one, elastic capacity (need a security review or a designer? same team), and people who've shipped production AI to 1.5M+ users on FormulaBot and VC-backed products in production.
We're not sure we need AI yet. Where do we start?
With an audit. We run three, each from $1K: AI (what's worth building), Security (what's at risk) and Performance (what's already slow). Each takes 1-2 weeks and ends with a ranked list of fixes. If the numbers don't add up, we'll say so up front. We'd rather rethink it with you now than build something that doesn't.
Can you integrate with our existing stack - HubSpot, Salesforce, Supabase, Stripe?
Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Supabase, Stripe, Slack, custom APIs, internal tools - we integrate with whatever you already run. We don't rip and replace. If your current stack gets you where you need to go, we'll say so.
What if it doesn't work - or something breaks after launch?
Every engagement has a success metric agreed before we write code. Every MVP Sprint and Code Rescue ships with 6 weeks of post-launch bug support. After that, most move to a retainer; others take it in-house, and we hand over the code, docs and credentials.
We've already vibe-coded an MVP with Lovable / Bolt / Cursor - and it's breaking. Can you fix it?
Yes. We're seeing more of this every month - a founder shipped fast with Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor, traction came, and now the codebase can't take real users. We rebuild production-grade in 2-4 weeks: same UX, hardened backend, real test coverage, clean handoff. From $6K depending on scope. (If you want a Security or Performance Audit first to know what's salvageable before committing - that's $1K.) Book a call and bring the repo.
