## What it does

RoomHawk started as a B2B revenue platform for hotels: an AI pricing engine that told revenue managers what to charge for each room type and date. Today it's a free consumer price tracker covering 2M+ rooms.

## What we built

Frontend-only engagement for RoomHawk's earlier B2B revenue platform - the dashboard revenue managers used to act on the AI pricing engine. Backend and pricing engine were already solid; our job was the interface layer that made the intelligence usable. We mapped revenue-manager workflows and shipped the dashboard in 2 months.

## The technical work

The dashboard rendered large datasets - rate comparisons across hundreds of room types and date ranges - without performance degradation. Virtualized tables and charts handled thousands of data points with real-time updates as new demand signals flowed in. Progressive disclosure kept today's pricing recommendations and unusual-demand alerts front and center, with drill-down for managers who wanted the reasoning behind each recommendation.

## The pivot

RoomHawk has since evolved from a B2B revenue tool for hotels into a consumer-facing price tracker for travelers. Our scope covered the frontend on both: the original revenue-management dashboard, and the consumer tracker, built on Bubble from their Figma designs.
