## What it does

Accacia measures Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across real estate portfolios and ESG indicators alongside them. Operational and embodied carbon tracking, automated GRESB and BRSR reporting, and material sourcing for green construction - all in one platform. Used by Tata Realty, Hines, JSW, and other real estate operators across India and Singapore. SOC 2 certified, aligned with GRESB, BRSR, and GRIHA frameworks.

## What we built

We built the data ingestion and calculation engine - pulling from utility bills, building management systems, and procurement data to compute emissions across all three scopes, plus the reporting exports that map to each disclosure framework. Accacia owns the sustainability methodology and the client relationships; we shipped the automation backbone the platform runs on.

## Where it is today

Client cases include 30% embodied carbon reduction on new construction and 50% more energy-efficient buildings across operational portfolios.
